What it is: A 24-hour, waterproof, and ultra-pigmented gel eyeliner that combines the silky texture of a liquid liner with the smudgy texture of kohl.

Ingredient Callouts: Free of sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, and triclocarban, and contains less than one percent of synthetic fragrances. What Else You Need to Know: With an effortless glide, this bold, gel eyeliner pencil features a formula with the perfect amount of blendability to smoke out your eye look before it dries down to its long-wear, up-to-24-hour matte finish. Once it’s dry, it won't bleed, smudge, or fade.

Suggested Usage:
-This product takes about 10 seconds to dry down.
-Stay close to your lash line, then start from the inner corner and work your way toward the outer corner. Extend outward to create a wing as desired.
-Once applied, try smudging Point Made 24-Hour Gel Eyeliner pencil with a dense smudging brush (sold separately) to create an effortlessly smoky look.
-To turn up the drama, lightly apply over the lid in small sections and blend as you work your way across the lid as a base for eyeshadows. For best results, try pairing with the PATRICK STARRR Visionary Eyeshadow Palette (sold separately).
-Store in cool, dry place. Sharpen before each use.
