What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
Acrylates/Ethylhexyl Acrylate Copolymer, Aqua (Water), Propylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.
Suggested Usage:
-Twist off cap and brush a thin layer to the lash band allowing glue to become tacky before application.
