Not for beginners...I was very excited as i love anything glitter but i gound it hard to use, it doesnt move around easy before its gel base dries, i ended up using it as a glitter liner with a silicone liner brush instead for good results. If you are new to makeup skip this one, there is better options that are easier to use! ...I only give it a 4 because the price is extremely high for such a small amount and in basic plastic container.
