What products do you offer?

Plastic and eGift Cards are available for purchase through our Corporate Gift Card program. Sephora eGift Cards feature the same benefits as our plastic cards, such as:

  • A 16 digit card number and PIN.

  • Redeemable in Sephora stores, Sephora inside JCPenney and Sephora.com

Additionally, Your clients will enjoy the flexibility of their gift cards being sent to them electronically, ensuring they receive their card quickly.

What is the minimum purchase amount for a corporate gift order?

There is a quantity minimum of ten gift cards for bulk orders; however, a minimum purchase of $5,000 is required to qualify for discounts. All other orders may be fulfilled at face value.

Can our company name be printed on the gift card?

Print-On-Demand and/or personalization is not currently available.

What type of gift card denominations can I purchase?

Bulk gift cards are available in any denomination from $10-$500.

Is gift packaging (ie compact mirror) included with Corporate Orders?

No, the compact packaging is not currently available for bulk corporate orders.

How do I order Gift Cards?

Please contact Sephora.Gifts@cashstar.com on how to order Sephora Corporate Gift Cards with your current account. If you do not have an account with Sephora Corporate Gifts, please apply for an account: https://sephora-biz.cashstar.com/.

How do I check the balance on a card?

By going online to sephora.com/giftcards or calling 1-800-860-7897. You will need the 16 digit card number and PIN.

Discounts

What is the discount structure?

The bulk gift card discount structure is divided into tiers based on total amount purchased, beginning at $5,000. Please contact Sephora.Gifts@cashstar.com with inquiries about our discount program.

Payment & Shipping

Can I pay with a credit card?

ACH and wire transfer payments are accepted. Credit cards are accepted with prior approval. Please contact Sephora.Gifts@cashstar.com prior to ordering if you would like to pay with credit card.

Can I rush my order?

A $50 surcharge will be applied to all rush orders to cover next day shipping and handling. Each additional order of cards will require an additional box, and subsequent $50 charge.

Can I return gift cards from my order?

No, we do not accept returns or refunds on a corporate gifts order.

Are replacement cards available if they are lost or stolen?

Once shipment is confirmed and cards are activated, Sephora is released from liability and cannot replace lost or stolen cards.

How long will it take me to receive my order using UPS ground?

It will take 1-2 business day to process the order plus estimated shipping times.

Can I resell Sephora gift cards?

Sephora gift cards are only to be sold by Sephora, Sephora.com, and authorized resellers.

Sephora reserves the right to refuse Corporate Gift Card applications or orders for any reason in its sole discretion.

Canada

Can I order gift cards or eGift cards in Canada?

Bulk gift card or eGift card orders are not available in Canada today.
