Best new mascara I’ve tried in years...I went in blindly, I have previously used the other tarte mascara (the one in the purple leathery case) and I liked that one, so I thought I would give this one a try, especially because the XL in the name seemed promising. ...this is the best mascara i’ve ever tried!!!
