How do I get this shadow stick to stop creasing on me? I have tried my favorite setting powders and eyeprimers

I’ve been told that these can actually be used as a primer. I have found some primers cause more issues than not using them at all. Have you tried them on their own? Are you possibly using a heavy eye cream? I only use eye cream at night and none during the day because otherwise my eye products wouldn’t stay put.
