Suggested Usage:
-For 24-hour crease-proof wear, apply a thin layer to the eyelids before eyeshadow application.
-Using the doe-foot applicator, apply sparingly to the lid and blend with fingers from lash line to browbone.
-Layer shadows on top with a brush or use a fingertip for maximum opacity.

Pro Tips:
-Apply a small amount along the lower lash line to eliminate creasing, smudging, and mascara transfer.
-Use a brush or fingertip to apply the primer to the lip line to prevent feathering.
