Suggested Usage:

-Place brush at the root of the lash line and wiggle from root to tip, combing upward.
-Wait up to 10 seconds for mascara primer to dry.

-To remove, use a cotton pad with a gentle waterproof makeup remover to wipe away in a downward motion.
-Apply mascara primer onto clean, dry lashes.
