this is the only eyeshadow primer i use, it comes out of the tube white but once you blend it it looks natural and blends well to skin. i have fair skin and have found tinted eye primers to not blend as well into my skin...The BEST eye primer!!...Finally, an eye primer that works on my oily, hooded eyes.
