Layering the mascara seems to help, but this 10 lb weapon-wand shouldn’t need assistance from Essence lash princess....Over a days wear it did start to flake and smudge under my eyes. It’s waterproof but easy to remove and comes off just by washing my face with soap and water, no need for pulling and scrubbing or additional eye makeup remover.
