Suggested Usage:
-Apply a pea-size amount on the eyelid using the doe foot applicator.
-Then, blend using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush from lash line up to the brow bone.
-Allow for primer to dry, then blend shadow effortlessly on top.
-Tip: To help eliminate smudging on the lower lash line, apply a small amount of primer using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush, then follow with eyeshadow, eyeliners, and mascara, if desired.
