-Lightly contour and shape the eye by blending matte shades through the crease and along the lower lash line.
-Elongate the eye and define the lash line by applying Velvet Eclipse with a damp angled brush.
-Highlight the eye by blending shimmers onto the browbone, eyelid, and inner corner.
-For stronger payoff, use a fingertip or damp brush to apply shimmer shades, then diffuse edges with a blending brush.
-Layer glittering shades over the IntensifEYES™ Artistry Wand for increased wear and opacity.
