Suggested Usage:
Apply:
-Use both hands to gently smooth the product onto skin, starting at the ankles and working your way up to hips and waist.
-Repeat twice.

Drain:
-Apply pressure with both hands around the ankle and work upwards towards the top of the thigh until the waist.
-Repeat six times.
-Place your hands around your knee. Using fingertips, perform draining movements at the back of the knee.
-Repeat three times.
-With both hands flat and on top of each other, use press-and-release actions at the very top of inner thigh.
-Repeat three times

Smooth:
-With your fists, perform alternating smoothing/circular motions on the inside, top, and outside of the thigh.
-Repeat five times.
