-Hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid. This makes it easy to see where the line is being placed.
-Apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes.
Tight Line:
-Press softly on the eye lid and lift gently back into the eye crease. This will clearly reveal bottom of the lash line.
-Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil in between lashes using a dot and wiggle motion. This creates the look of lush, thick lashes.
Water Line:
-Apply directly to lower and/or upper waterline.
-For a softer look, line only the upper-water line. For maximum definition, line both the upper and lower water lines.
-Pro tip: For a more precise application, sharpen before use. If needed, use a flat eyeliner brush to diffuse formula between lashes or drag out for a crisp winged line.
