Is the coffee smell a strong coffee smell or not? And is the coffee smell very bitter?

No the coffee smell is not strong, it’s more of a sweet perfume but not kick you in the face sweet. It’s strong smelling perfume at first when applying but fades and you can still smell it throughout the day. I wouldn’t be able to tell that there’s coffee in there.for reference I also like hypnotic poison from Dior and that one is even stronger.
