Arrival
It's best to arrive to your appointment make up free.
Customization
Your individual face will determine which feature look look our artists will create for you, and they'll work with you to make sure you love the end result.
Waiver
Clients will be asked to review and sign a digital Waiver of Rights. Minors will need guardian present to sign waiver.
Reservation Policies
Cancelation Policy
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may open the time for another client. A credit card is required to hold this reservation. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to the late cancel fee of $25. *This fee is non applicable in the province of Quebec.
On-Time Policy
Please arrive five minutes before your appointment and check in with a Beauty Advisor. Late arrivals are subject to cancelation. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Gift Card Redemption
If you have a gift card you can redeem in-store at time of payment. However, please note that a personal credit card is required to book a reservation
