Waaaay creamier and easier to blend than Merit's stick, and it does dry down/set in place. Lasting power is slightly less than average. I wouldn't say it's long lasting, maybe 5 hours, even with primer + setting powder. ...First impression when applying was I loved the coverage but it felt wet. It does not last long even with a good setting powder and spray.
