They are also longer than old school versions which creates a more modern wave pattern but to accommodate the size they do feel a little heavy especially for thinner hair like mind. These wouldn't work for short hair because even with the 2 sizes the smaller size isn't particularly thin. ...A game changer for my hair!...This is my first time using curlers and I am so hooked now!
