Suggested Usage:
-To use dry, apply over the Master Prep and Set primer (sold separately) as a base for superior grip and buildability.
-Apply with the fingers or E4 brush (sold separately).
-To use wet, apply with a dampened E4 or E5 brush (each sold separately).
--Enhance the effects with the Master Metal™ Manipulator™ (sold separately). Use the spatula to scrape a bit of the powder into the removable mixing well, add a bit of Manipulator™, mix with the spatula or E4 brush, and watch as the shadow transforms into pearlized liquid foil.
-You can also line the eyes for a dramatic and editorial effect.
