I do use a high-end skincare moisturizer underneath as well. I've applied it with the flat top Kabuki brush and the Beauty Blender and it applies excellent with both :-)...The only thing I can pinpoint is it may be the chemical sunscreen in it...it has partial chemical and partial physical sunscreens, so I think I am sensitive to the chemical sunscreen and wish it were made with a clear zinc oxide sunscreen insstead of chemicals...otherwise, it is the prettiest tinted moisturizer altho I have to bring it back...
