After seeing several derms I’ve learned that’s really not something that is possible for everyone so instead of being miserable with greasy hair or hair loaded with dry shampoo for several days I simply use this in place of normal shampoo every other day and use a good clarifying shampoo once every other week and this keeps my hair very healthy and hydrated:) I wish it was not as expensive , that is my only con....This is the only shampoo that truly helps you extend your keratin treatment.
