I normally do not like mattifying primers since I have normal to dry type skin, but this primer really just controlled the natural oil of my face and instead allowed me to intentionally highlight areas....Not the best primer for me...This primer was mattifying, but it didn’t help my makeup stay on longer nor did it reduce the look of my pores.

Best primer gel...I find the application of makeup much easier and more long lasting after using this primer gel from TULA. It looks really natural on its own where other illuminating primer do not give that a fact they do not look natural enough, and they are to metallic looking, but this one really looks wonderful on the skin....Great primer...Then after blending with my foundation the shimmer disappeared. Its a great primer but not sure about the all over glow part.

i don't know about other one but i don't want to recommend purple one and gree one.( i just don't like that kind of primer i prefer transparent primer)...This is so much better than the purple pore minimizing one!!
