I put it on in the morning before liquid lip and at night after using lip scrub. When I wake up there is a noticeable difference in my skin. ...This stuff feels creamy enough, like it is soaking in and hydrating rather than just sitting on top like the waxy balms do, but it is still not as smooth as my regular product (John Masters Organic lip calm). Plus the applicator tip makes me squeeze out a little too much per application, wasting product, a big no-no at this price level.
