It’s combination but to the extremes.....super oily, or super dry patchy, with painful eczema. I found that you need a bit more product than some other moisturizers I’ve tried. This is probably more of a summer moisturizer than winter....I have VERY sensitive skin, I can 'break out' either with acne, allergic rash or eczema or an angry version of all.
