This is a nice micellar water. I struggled removing my mascara with this one more than I do my Garnier micellar waters however, the product is really nice on the rest of the face. ...It is a luxurious micellar water and the price is quite high! I always wash it off and double cleanse because tbh I can’t imagine not washing off your cleanser. So glad Clinique came out with a micellar milk....You would need to use something else, such as micellar water afterward for a full cleanse. It doesn’t lather at all, think more like Ponds Cream than ‘cleanser’.
