I found this micellar water to be not stripping on my skin at all end it also didn’t leave a oily film like some more hydrating micellar waters do. ...I absolutely loved their micellar water though so initially I wasn't a fan of the milky consistency of the Drunk Elephant.

This is a nice micellar water. I struggled removing my mascara with this one more than I do my Garnier micellar waters however, the product is really nice on the rest of the face. ...It is a luxurious micellar water and the price is quite high! I always wash it off and double cleanse because tbh I can’t imagine not washing off your cleanser. (I know it’s a micellar water but would you rub makeup all over your face and then just leave it?)...I never write reviews but omg this is SO good I can only use micellar water because everything else irritates my eyes but micellar water is not enough when I’ve heavy night makeup.

So glad Clinique came out with a micellar milk....You would need to use something else, such as micellar water afterward for a full cleanse. It doesn’t lather at all, think more like Ponds Cream than ‘cleanser’.
