I use it on my lower lash line only, and blend it out. This is my daily work look and I really love it for this because it is clean, safe, non irritating and stays put all day this way. ...Beautiful eyeliner!...The only con is that the pencil might tug on your eyes, so I recommend using a tiny brush and rubbing it on the pencil before applying it to the lash line if you want detailed work.
