Best Matte Primer...This is by far one of the best mattifying primers I have ever used. I am already a huge fan of Tarte products, but this is hands down my favorite and must have beauty product EVER!...Poreless but not Mattifying...It applies smooth and feels nice and lightweight, but it didn't mattify me at all.
