This one does not. I have dark skin and this goes on translucent so it does not interfere with the color of my shadow at all. ...Too thick, watery eyes, breakouts...So I thought I'd mention 1) It caused me to break out 2) It is very thick and I prefer a slightly lighter coverage, but 3) !
