Sephora.com offers 1-3 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Sephora.com orders may experience delays. Standard shipping is FREE for Beauty Insiders with no minimum purchase required. For guest orders $50 and over (excluding taxes), standard shipping is also FREE. For merchandise orders totaling less than $50, there is a shipping cost of $6.95 for standard shipping. If you are shipping to a US PO box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. USPS Priority Standard shipping is FREE for Beauty Insiders with no minimum purchase required and FREE for guest checkout orders over $50. For guest checkout orders under $50, shipping is $6.95. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to PO box addresses. If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post) and may experience longer than our standard transit times. Orders to PO Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.
Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Standard shipping is FREE for Beauty Insiders with no minimum purchase required and FREE for guest checkout orders over $50. For guest checkout orders under $50, shipping is $6.95. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items or offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO, or Military addresses.
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Sephora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. Apple Pay is not available for orders containing items with this shipping restriction. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our Sephora warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Your credit card will be charged when your order is packaged and ready to be shipped. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge your credit card when the product you ordered is packaged and ready to be shipped.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on Sephora.com, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from Sephora to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Sephora to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.
