1st DEGREE: Start with shadow primer
Pat it on upper eyelids to ensure concentrated color that lasts.
2nd DEGREE: Add steel shadow
Blend a light, matte shadow over the upper lids, from lash lines to brow bones, and beneath eye, blending well.
3rd DEGREE: Top with slate shadow
Bring out eye shape by working a slightly darker shade shadow into the creases, blending well.
TIP: For a soft, color washed effect, skip the mascara.
