1st DEGREE: Start with black liquid liner
Draw a line from the inner corners of the upper lids to the outer corners, flicking the line up at the end. For more drama, add a straight line under the eyes.
2nd DEGREE: Add white eye pencil
Line inside the lower lash lines with white pencil liner, extending the line up and out at the eyes' outer corners.
3rd DEGREE: Finish with brow pencil
Frame bold liner with shaped brows. Fill in space between hairs with pencil, and brush in place with brow gel.
