2nd DEGREE: Add Black Liner
Line inside the upper lids to subtly enhance eye shape. Use fingers to push up the upper lash lines to expose the insides of upper lids. Dip a flat liner brush in black eyeshadow and fill in the space between lashes.

3rd DEGREE: Finish with Mascara
Curl lashes and apply one coat. For an extra natural look, hold finger just beneath lashes and blink to separate lashes and remove clumps.

TIP: For a subtle shimmer, mix shimmery eyeshadow with clear, unflavored lip gloss and dab on eyelids.
